1. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (where supported)
  • Other payment mechanisms offered by gateway partners

COD (Cash on Delivery) may be offered for select Products.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

3. GST Status

BhagyaKosh is currently not GST registered, therefore GST is not charged until such time registration becomes applicable under Indian tax law.

4. Invoicing

Invoices are generated electronically upon successful payment.

5. Billing Errors

If a billing discrepancy occurs, Users must report within 7 business days for review.

6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If payment fails or is reversed:

  • (a) Order may be cancelled automatically
  • (b) User shall be notified electronically
  • (c) No Digital Content shall be delivered

7. Fraud Prevention

Orders suspected of fraud may be:

  • delayed
  • cancelled
  • verified via additional documentation

8. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback request:

  • (a) Proof of dispatch, ritual performance, or Digital Content delivery shall be provided
  • (b) User agrees to first attempt to resolve issues directly with BhagyaKosh
