Refunds and cancellations for Products follow:
- (a) Before dispatch: Cancellation permitted; full refund.
- (b) After dispatch: No cancellation; replacement only for damaged transit cases.
2. Complimentary Digital Content (Non-Refundable)
User acknowledges the following:
- (a) Digital Content is not sold.
- (b) Digital Content is not priced.
- (c) Digital Content is not refundable.
- (d) Digital Content is not cancellable.
- (e) Digital Content delivery constitutes fulfillment of ritual component.
3. Ritual Performance Confirmation
The ritual is deemed completed upon issuance of any of the following:
- Priest confirmation
- Ritual photograph(s)
- Ritual certificate/report
- Dispatch of prasad or consecrated item
- Shipping notification of ritual-linked Product
4. Damage or Loss in Transit
Physical product damaged in transit shall be replaced upon evidence submission.
5. Non-Guarantee of Spiritual Outcomes
No refund shall be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with spiritual or astrological outcomes.
6. Force Majeure
Temple closures, priest illness, festivals, and regulatory events shall extend timelines and do not constitute grounds for refund.
