1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, the user (“you” or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services and Products

BhagyaKosh operates an online platform that provides:

(a) Physical Spiritual Products

Including but not limited to: Tabij, Yantra, Kavach, idols, consecrated objects, spiritual cards, and related ritual items (“Products”).

(b) Complimentary Digital Spiritual Content

Including but not limited to: Puja ritual performance, havan ritual performance, complimentary astrology guidance, ritual photos, certificates, spiritual reports, and communication-based spiritual interpretations (“Digital Content”).

Note: Digital Content is provided exclusively as a complimentary, non-priced, ancillary addition to the purchase of eligible Products. Digital Content is not sold independently, carries no standalone monetary valuation, and is not considered a paid service.

3. Complimentary Digital Content

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • (a) Digital Content is provided without charge.
  • (b) Digital Content is provided solely for spiritual, cultural, and religious purposes.
  • (c) Access to Digital Content may be conditional on purchase of specific Products.
  • (d) Digital Content may be delivered electronically via email, messaging, portal, or digital download.
  • (e) Digital Content is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

4. Ritual Execution & Independent Priests

Puja and havan rituals are performed by independent priests and/or independent temple authorities located across India. BhagyaKosh does not own or operate temples or religious institutions.

Priest identities and temple addresses are maintained on a separate reference page (“Priest Details”).

5. Accuracy of Information

Astrological guidance, kundli interpretation, chart generation, and spiritual analysis rely on User-supplied data (e.g., birth date, time, and location). The User is solely responsible for accuracy of such data.

6. No Guaranteed Outcome

Spiritual rituals and astrology are belief-based traditions. Results vary and are dependent on numerous personal, karmic, psychological, environmental, and belief factors. BhagyaKosh makes no warranties of efficacy, outcome, or satisfaction.

7. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, the User represents they are competent to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, product descriptors, text, media, and digital outputs on the Platform are the intellectual property of BhagyaKosh and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may use third-party systems, including but not limited to:

  • (a) Prokerala astrology API
  • (b) Payment gateways
  • (c) Analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel, GA4)
  • (d) Communication services (SMS, email, WhatsApp)

Third-party systems are governed by their respective policies.

10. Payments

Users agree to pay applicable fees for Products using available payment methods. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

11. GST Status

BhagyaKosh is presently not GST registered. GST is not charged on transactions until such registration is completed.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed separately under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhagyaKosh shall not be liable for:

  • (a) incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages,
  • (b) spiritual or karmic dissatisfaction,
  • (c) reliance on astrology or ritual outcomes,
  • (d) delays in performance due to logistical, environmental, institutional, or force majeure factors.

14. Force Majeure

Temple closures, priest availability, pandemics, lockdowns, natural calamities, and acts beyond reasonable control may affect Digital Content timelines. Such events do not constitute breach.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the Priest’s jurisdiction and/or Kolkata High Court, India.

16. Modifications

BhagyaKosh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
